LF Sign Group have been established for over 15+yrs & started out of single car garage!.

We specialize in high end corporate & B2B signage.

Luke Farrar (owner / director) has been in the industry for over 17+yrs & is a sign-writer by trade (old school brushie).

Starting as an apprentice working in real estate & construction signage he then moved into custom vehicle wrapping in the early 2000 back when there was no such thing as easy apply vinyl!.

Starting LF Sign Group & Luke's mission is to produce exceptional signage & continually grow, expand & explore what is possible within this creative space.

Luke has had experience in all facets of the industry working through all roles including design, production, Installation, project management, sales & marketing, HR & culture, Building process & systems.

Luke's focus is now on growth & scaling the business by surrounding himself with passionate people & teams who are inspired by what they do everyday & always looking to grow, laugh, learn & be a part of something bigger than ourselves.

So, about the the Role:

Onsite installation of various signage:

3D fab / acrylic / LED / ACM

Office / Retail / Commercial fit-outs.

Frosting & General SAV application.

On the road daily, suburban Melbourne & CBD


Location:

Would ideally suit a person who lives within 30 - 45 min of Carrum Downs, Vic.

Driving is a must / manual drivers license.


Your Personality:

Love being on the road, Practical (good with your hands) & problem-solving onsite, Great customer service skills & presentation.

Open Minded: Ability to learn & expand on current skill set (always a student).

Family orientated, looking for a long term career & not just a 9-5 job.

Skills & Attributes:
  • Previous signage/labor/joinery experience highly advantageous
  • Must be able to work at heights (EWP).
  • Ability to plan & prioritize.
  • Good communicator with a positive attitude.
  • Physically fit, reliable & punctual.


Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining tools & work vehicle.
  • Production & assembly work (when required).
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with team members & collaborating with the shop manager.
  • Be involved in regular team meetings (daily & weekly).
