Site survey & Dial before you dig: asses to confirm the location of any underground services like telephone & NBN cables, gas, water, electricity & a soil test.
Installation method: Type of footings (concrete or steel) , site access, sign removal & disposal, disconnection & reconnection of power, traffic management, working on footpath permits, working near power lines or above ground services.
Design & layout: Will the sign colours, shape & overall layout contrast well against the surrounds & neighbours signs?.
What if we don’t have power to the area?: LF Sign Group can organise a site survey by our qualified electrician to confirm additional costs for trenching power underground. Often this is running back from the main building to the outer boundary of the property. All electrical works are carried out by an A1 electrician with a certificate of compliance supplied upon completion as required by law in victoria.
